Remote monitoring & remote access

Remote monitoring for generators / battery packs – real-time insight and full control

With the remote monitoring system for generators (gensets), you have full remote insight into the operation of your installations. The system reads data directly from the controller or PLC, establishing a direct connection with, for example, controllers from DEIF, Woodward, DSE, or CAT.

Full data integration

The complete data register of the controller is read out, including:

  • Current statuses
  • Active and historical alarms
  • Event logs and alarm lists (if available)

The data is transmitted via a secure wireless connection or fixed-line network to the central platform. Within the dashboard, you decide which parameters you want to display, in what format (tables, graphs, notifications), and over which time period.

Key functionalities:

  • Reading event lists, alarm logs, and active alarms
  • Scheduling maintenance based on running hours or fault codes
  • Monitoring fuel levels, including low-level notifications
  • Real-time display of geographical location via map integration
  • Automatic fault notifications via email or SMS
  • Option to remotely adjust settings (depending on controller configuration)

Reporting & VPN access

In addition to real-time monitoring, you can create customized reports via the web portal. It is also possible to establish a secure VPN connection to gain direct access to the controller for in-depth management or diagnostics.

Compatibility

For a wide range of controllers, we offer standard integration solutions. See the list alongside for supported models.

With our remote monitoring system for generators (gensets), you have complete remote insight into the performance and status of your installations. The system reads data directly from the controller or PLC, such as those from DEIF, Woodward, SDMO, or CAT EMCP 4.2, via a direct connection.
