Alarm module
The alarm module provides immediate insight into deviations, malfunctions, and risky situations within your installations. You receive alerts via email, SMS, dashboard notifications, Telegram, or a voice message, allowing you to act quickly and prevent unplanned downtime. The module is flexibly deployable for generators, cooling installations, power supplies, and fuel monitoring, and can be easily integrated into both new and existing installations.
Reporting module
With the reporting module, you can easily generate reports based on all available machine data, selecting machines, data points, and periods yourself. The reports can then be exported to various formats, such as Excel, Word, CSV, or PDF. Thanks to standard and custom templates, as well as the ability to automate reporting, you always get exactly the insights you need.
Maintenance module
With the maintenance module, you can easily manage all your recurring maintenance tasks and automatically receive a notification when a machine requires maintenance. The overview shows at a glance how much time remains until the next service and whether a task is overdue. When a machine is due, a clear icon appears so you can take immediate action.
User management and authorization
With user management, you can create accounts and set which machines, objects, and reports are visible or editable for each user. You determine the rights and authorizations for each user, giving employees or customers exactly the access they need.
Project administration
With the project administration module, you get a clear overview of all machines within a project, including their status and any malfunctions. Thanks to fault logging, a clear dashboard, and periodic reports, you maintain control over progress, deployment, and performance. This helps bring structure to your projects and allows you to quickly and effectively make adjustments when needed.
Additional features
But there are more features. With Data High Speed, you can temporarily increase the data frequency to analyze malfunctions more quickly. The system automatically calculates CO₂ consumption based on engine data, and you can easily reset alarms using the Clear Alarm function. Additionally, you can set the correct local time per user with time zones, ensuring that all events are always displayed clearly and consistently.

Frequently asked questions about the system modules of 101Connect
How many machines can be read out with one DCB?
It depends on the situation. If machines are located close to each other and involve similar installations, we can read multiple machines with a single DCB. But it can also be mixed—for example, a generator combined with a battery pack. In principle, multiple (and even different) machines can be connected to a single DCB; we assess each situation to determine what is most logical and stable.
Can I decide which functions and modules my users can see?
Yes, completely. As an administrator, you can create accounts, assign authorizations to users (or groups), and enable or disable modules for each user or group. This way, each organization can determine who has access to which parts of the system.
Are the system modules available for standalone use, or only within 101Connect?
The system modules within 101Connect are used for the machines we read with our own hardware. They form the building blocks of the dashboard and help you gain structured insight into performance, maintenance, malfunctions, and trends.
Are there license fees per user or per module?
No. The number of users is unlimited, with no additional licensing costs. Some modules do require one-time setup fees, as they are specifically tailored to your organization or machine park.
